Terms and Conditions

Parties

The terms and conditions listed herein referred to as “Terms” will administrate the relationship between MIS Consultants (MIS) and its clients (referred to as “you”) during service provision. Our services are not only governed by these
terms alone; additional conditions that may vary from these will be issued at specified times as MIS Consultants see it fit.

You as the customer have an obligation to abide by these terms and conditions and any other that MIS may issue during service provision

Scope of service

MIS Consultants provides immigration consultancy services when an applicant applies for a visa, subject to the restrictions and regulations of the country you are applying to visit. These services may not be possible in all countries.

MIS will help you get the necessary travel documents (like a visa) and other documents that you need to travel. We will also go through the documents you’ll give to the authorities and help you on how to fill them out. For the sake
of this agreement, you are MIS Consultants’ customer, and our Terms apply.

That said, we might refer you to another service provider whose terms and conditions will apply for their services. We will not accept any responsibility for third-party services.

We offer a streamlined order process that protects your purchase. If you have any problems while ordering with us, contact our customer service team and they will fix any errors you find. Once your order is placed, you will receive
an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order.

If your order seems correct, we will notify you that we have accepted your order and are working on it. We will only send you an acceptance email if everything is in order. If there are any issues with your order, our customer service
team will fix them and then send an acceptance email to let you know.

These Terms apply to any offer and any agreement between you and MIS Consultants. This includes the processing of visas, passports, and other documents for you or on your behalf. Where the issuing authority is a consulate, embassy,
or other agency that will be issuing or supplying the documents requested.

Affiliations

MIS Consultants is dedicated to providing immigration consultancy services in India and Qatar as an independent entity. We are not representatives of any government body, nor are allied with any privately owned firms that offer immigration-related
services.

Intellectual Property Rights

The content and design of MIS Consultants’ website are subject to copyright law. The graphics, content, layout, design, logos, and trademarks are the property of MIS Consultants. Reproduction without written permission from us as the

Procedures

MIS consultants aim to provide you with accurate information about visas and how to get them, and also ensure that if you need one for a specific date, it’ll be ready in time and at the right cost. However, all requirements for a visa
(including, but not limited to, documentation, fees, and time frames) can vary according to your information (such as your nationality, residence, profession, travel record, etc.). You should always find out what each country’s
requirements are for passports and visas before you travel—information on this can change at any time.

We strive to provide precise and up-to-date information, but we’re not liable for any out-of-the-latest information as it is up to sovereign nations to define their requirements.

Document Submission

We expect you to understand and know all the necessary documentation for processing your visa. We have outlined them for you on our website and will provide the list when you use our services. By providing an email address, you will
receive a confirmation when your documents reach our offices.

Visa Reception

Be sure to confirm with MIS Consultants that all of the visas you need have been obtained and that they are valid for your intended dates of arrival and departure in their corresponding country/region. You need to notify us as soon
as possible if you notice any discrepancies in your documentation.

Ultimately, it is up to the issuing authority to approve or deny your visa. We cannot guarantee that a visa will be granted, even if all stipulated requirements are met. So, make sure to avoid non-refundable fares until you know whether
you’ll get your visa.

We will send your visa and documents via our duly appointed courier service provider unless you instruct us otherwise beforehand. Sometimes using a third-party delivery company may be cheaper, but all deliveries are subject to the
conditions set by that individual company. We accept no liability for any lost or delayed orders if you choose to use a third-party delivery company.

Fees

When you place an order on our website, we charge you a service fee and all application fees required by the relevant issuing authority. Our service fee becomes non-refundable after: (i) we submit travel documents to the issuing authority;
or (ii) ninety days after placing the order. All the fees paid to the issuing authority are non-refundable.

Additional Terms and Conditions

MIS Consultants strives to provide a possible solution for all queries that our clients may have. These Terms govern everything that you, the customer, get involved in with our services. If a situation arises that is not covered within
these terms and conditions, MIS Consultants will issue an applicable governing term as advised by our legal team.

The additional terms issued by MIS Consultants will not replace these Terms but will serve as additional terms and conditions to cover the arising situation.

From time to time, MIS will make changes or add extra terms and conditions to this Terms document. It is the client’s sole responsibility to check this Terms page to be aligned with the new changes. However, we will do our best to
notify you of the changes or additions via email or directly on our website.
